Q |
If I drive without insurance, will I have any
legal problems?
|
|
A |
Some states demand an auto
liability insurance a must for drivers. Some states
though don't specify for auto liability, they will want
their drivers to possess at least the minimum coverage
of insurance to be able to pay claims in case of
accidents. If you do not hold an auto liability nor an
auto insurance, then at least you should be personally
able to tackle all your accident claims. But as part of
loan agreement, lenders usually look into comprehensive
and collision insurance. Whatever said and done, auto
insurance is important for any person who drives a car
because it covers the loss you cause others, medical
expenses for your injuries in case of accidents, and
also replacing your car in case of damage or theft.
However, if you do not have an insurance it does not
mean that you will have any legal problems. But if you
are insured you will be safe for coverage in case of
accidents. |
